K\u00f5hulihaseid ei pea iga p\u00e4ev treenima. Iga kord lihaseid pingutades tekivad neis mikrorebendid, mis vajavad puhkeaega.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ilus talje s\u00f5ltub sellest, mida sa suhu pistad. \u00dclipalju treenides pole mingit kasu, kui s\u00f6\u00f6d m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rselt rohkem ning ebakvaliteetsemat toitu kui peaksid.<\/p>\n<p>3. Lase treeneril \u00fcle vaadata oma tehnika. Valesti treenides v\u00f5id teha hoopis kahju kui kasu.<\/p>\n<p>4. Kui tunned valu, katkesta kiiresti harjutus. Harjutus v\u00f5ib tekitada m\u00f5nusa pingeseisundi, kuid kindlasti mitte valu. K\u00fcsi treenerilt alternatiivharjutusi!<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00dclakeha t\u00f5sta selililamangus maast kuni 30 kraadi, siis teevad t\u00f6\u00f6d just k\u00f5hulihased.<\/p>\n<p>6. Harjutuse ajal ei tohi hinge kinni hoida.<\/p>\n<p>7. K\u00f5hulihaseid koormates peab koormama ka selga..
